If you wanted to join an MLM company you could Google it and join up with it anywhere.

But you know that’s not what you want.

You want to work with someone that is going to show you how to make money in an MLM and to reach the level of success that YOU want.

You can tell that I am with Numis Network, I talk about it openly on several pages and posts on this blog. I don’t believe in hiding behind a marketing system or mentoring program that brands someone else. I’m a network marketer and I’m proud of it. I’m also proud of the primary company I have chosen. If you can’t be proud of what you do and what you market then Network Marketing is not for you.

The team of marketers I work with all support these 7 core beliefs:

7 Core Beliefs

1. Everything that happens has a reason and a purpose that serves us. You must believe that everything in your past made you who you are and brought you to where you are today.

2. There is no such thing as failure. How many times would you let a toddler fall down before you wouldn’t let them try to walk anymore? That’s ridiculous. We fall down, we get back up until we get it right.

3. Whatever happens, take responsibility. YOU are in charge of your life. The way you react to events, information and circumstances is how you take responsibility for them. The choices you previously made is what brought you in contact with an event or circumstance (whether they be good or bad). The choice you make in your actions after an even is what will determine your future.

4. It’s not necessary to understand everything in order to use everything. Do you have to understand how electricity works in order to turn on a light? Do you have to understand how an engine runs before you start your car? Do you have to understand how the servers at google crawl the internet looking for relevant information before you click search? Do you have to know every detail of every level in the comp plan before you start making money? No, no, NO and NO! All of those are tools you can put to work for you before you fully understand them (perhaps without ever understanding them)

5. People are your greatest resource. All entrepreneurs know this. Don’t be afraid to introduce a prospect to someone else within the team that they may relate to better than you. We work together and will not take someone else’s prospect from them. People want to be a part of something, introducing someone to another person in our team builds the bond and unity that we have.

6. Work is play. If it’s not fun, then you’re not going to want to do it! Find ways to laugh and have fun every day. This also applies to how you’re going to be marketing. If you hate writing then why on earth would you want to post articles online? If you love making videos,,, then do that!

7. There is no success without commitment. We don’t “try” things within our team. We ask that everyone COMMIT to being here in a year. Be here in a year, without excuse, fully commit yourself to seeing it through for a year.

 

When it comes to building a Network Marketing business each person brings a different skill set to the team. The same methods of marketing will not work for everyone.  Your personality and style will determine your marketing.
