I do not mind talking with my warm and hot market, but for them I just tell them what I do. No pitches, no attempts to run them through a funnel, I just tell them what I do. With your warm market results speak volumes. If they see me driving a new vehicle they know I am doing well. If I go on vacation six times a year they know I am doing well. If they ask how they can do it, I will show them. If they know what you are doing and someone approaches them about their business I guarantee they will call you. Interesting post.
