Why The Upgrade?
Numis Network has seen tremendous growth over the past 18th months even during the downturn in the economy. They did not want to make the mistake of other MLM’s and that is taking away from reps. Historically, MLM’s have paid out big in the beginning and then take away later when they find they can’t support it.
Numis started with the binary and the infinity coded bonus plan (which was independent of the binary and paid out on both sides). But it was designed with the plan to grow it bigger. Now was their time to improve the comp plan and put more money into it and create the best career path in network marketing.
For the person that’s just getting started it is much easier to hit pay ranks with a new bonus that gets new reps to earn more money upfront. And for the reps that are at higher ranks, their pay now truly reflects their hard work even more and gives even more incentive to help everyone in their downline advance. The bonuses aren’t just heavy for personal production they’ve been made stronger for helping others progress in the business.

People want to have something that they can put faith in. They’ve lost faith in the economy and the US currency. Even more have lost faith in MLM because of the saturation within the traditional product categories.

They get in with a company that is innovative and creating a whole new niche for the industry. They don’t get in with something that is a spin off of a product that has already been done. OK, I Get It, Now Get To The Pay Raises!!!
YES, that’s PLURAL. The comp plan added more than one INCREASE.
- 10% Customer Bonus – 10% commission increase. This is on top of the 6% retail sales that were in the original comp plan.
- Binary sales commission has now been increased to a base minimum of 10%. It used to be 10% for all ranks, but now goes up to 12.5%
- Added a unilevel bonus that starts at the 1 star level. (that’s when you have 1 rep) When your new rep sponsors someone you will get a $10 bonus. As you advance in rank and your legacy coded reps sponsor new people you will get $110 bonus (an increase of $10 over the old comp plan) The Unilevel Bonus was added WITHOUT taking away from the previous 2 star coded bonus. It’s in ADDITION to it.
- Binary Matching – used to be 10% max. Now goes up to 40%. With no more enrolling qualifications. (Most people don’t know this,,, but this bonus in any company with a binary used to have a qualification that you had to have a new personal enrollment within a 30 day period. Numis just removed that qualification.)
- Matching Rank Advancement Bonus – as you help people advance in your team they will earn $100 and you will receive $100 bonus for helping them get there. As you advance and help people advance the bonus also increase from $100-$250 and then continuing up through $50,000 Matching Rank Advancement Bonus. (If you pass your sponsor in rank this bonus will roll up to the next person above them that is qualified. This is TRUE motivation for your higher ranked upline to help you advance.)
How Do You Stay Qualified For Ranks?
No matter how high you rank in the company, you only need to maintain at least 2 personally enrolled active executives. Both may be on the same side of the binary. HUH, now that seems TOTALLY fair,,, NO MORE BALANCING ACT!
No one else is doing this,,, yet. Numis is now the leader in comp plans.
This Seems Like A Lot Of Ways To Get Paid… ummm, I Don’t Get It
Yes, this is a lot of ways to get paid, was there a question?
One of the 7 characteristics of people with massive amounts of success is that they know they don’t have to fully understand something to make it work for them. The top income earner in Numis didn’t fully understand the OLD comp plan until he was 4 months in and had his first $10,000 month with the company. And before you ask,,, NO, he did NOT bring over an existing downline
What About The Bimmer?
Yes, there’s still the BMW allowance. And not many people knew this about the old comp plan, but there is still the shareholder bonus. Numis allows it’s top ranks to be shareholders in the company as a bonus.
Did They Make It Easier To Hit New Ranks?
You betcha.
Previously it took 2 personally enrolled reps to reach the first rank, known as 1 Star, within Numis. Now, the 1st rank is only 1 (yes ONE) Fast Track Sale. That’s signing up 1 rep (yes really,,, just ONE rep)
2 Star rank is just personally enrolling 2 people.
3 Star is starting your 3 executive legs. What the heck does that mean? This means you have laid the foundation work and can really start helping your team grow. The higher ranks are NOT based off of your personal performance. It is based off of your team helping you advance in rank. Now instead of having 6 personally enrolled people you need 3 personally sponsored to be a 3 Star in Numis.
This is now a career path,,, not just a comp plan. You are never expected to be a super recruiter.
I’m not going through all the rank advancements, but just so you know,,, you can hit the top level in the comp plan with only 6 personally enrolled people. Just sayin.
